Copy of FREE ADMISSION

Mission

To enrich our community by providing meaningful heritage, art, and culture experiences that build understanding, knowledge, and pride in our past and present ways of life.

Mandate

The museum will contribute to this communal vision by undertaking professional research and by providing resources which enable the public to undertake their own research. The museum also collects, documents, and preserves records and artifacts that promote and conserve our local heritage while fostering strong relationships with community partners.

Admission (FREE!)

Did you know that in December 2018, the DesBrisay Museum eliminated general admission fees?
Now you can visit the DesBrisay Museum for free all year long!
Donations are still kindly accepted and there may still be fees associated with specific programming or events.

Hours (we're open all year round!)

We're open year-round. See our Home Page or Facebook for up-to-date hours.
And please see our Facebook page for information on special events, holiday hours, or weather-related closures.

Weather-related Closures: When schools are closed due to weather, all morning museum programs, meetings, and events will be canceled. Museum Staff will open the site to the public at 12 noon if conditions enable safe travel. See our Facebook page for details.

Location
