Climate Change & Twig Identification Workshop

Visit the Desbrisay Museum on Thursday, November 17th at 10 am for a Climate Change & Twig Identification workshop.
Participants will learn what tree species in Nova Scotia will have the capability to
endure climate change and what species they can plant in their communities.
Twig identification will be covered as well, with participants learning how to
identify local tree species by their buds.
The session will be hosted by students from NSCC’s Natural Resources Environmental Technology Program.
Dress appropriately for both indoor and outdoor activities.
Open to all ages. No pre-registration required.
