Friends of the DesBrisay Museum Society Membership

The DesBrisay Museum building offers daily recreational programming, a permanent museum space featuring curated stories of Bridgewater & Lunenburg County; a research area; a dedicated art exhibition space; community room space; and a rotating Bridgewater Photography Society exhibit wall featuring members work. The dedicated staff provide residents with a safe social space to learn new skills, enjoy local art, and make important community connections.

Becoming a member of the Friends of the DesBrisay Museum means you help support your community and the museum, while also meeting new people and, if you’re interested, learning new skills.

Your membership helps to create educational events for children, fund student employment, preserve irreplaceable artifacts and much more. Your support means that everyone can continue to enjoy these offerings year-round, free of charge.

Membership benefits include:

  • A FREE book
  • FREE access to the Museum’s archives by appointment
  • Priority access to Friends event tickets
  • E-mail updates direct to your inbox
