Every Tuesday morning there will be free Tai Chi classes being hosted behind the museum in the Woodland Gardens. These classes are meant for people of all ages and skill levels so don’t be afraid to come out and try something new!

Every second Wednesday the DesBrisay will be hosting a series of socials for refugees, immigrants, and other newcomers to the Bridgewater area💙These events will help connect newcomers with valuable resources & information and provide an opportunity to socialize with others who are also new to the community! Meet us inside the DesBrisay on June 28th from 2-4pm
Our knitting club will be meeting every Thursday during summer from 9-11am. $10 fee for the season. Open to people of all skill levels-- only a love for knitting required!
Creative Connections, a vibrant group of active seniors from Lunenburg and Queens County, is exhibiting a collection of works representing their exploration of various art mediums over the past nine months. From wool felting and ceramics to painting and wire sculpting - come check out this exhibit, running until 29 July 2023.
The members of the Mahone Bay Meditation Society will be hosting free meditation classes at the DesBrisay Museum for people of all experience levels. The classes will be hosted every Monday from 7:00 – 8:30 PM.

Dawn Ewing learned to embroider at the side of her grandmother when she was 5 or 6 years old. She will be offering free demonstrations of the traditional art of embroidery. Pick up a hoop and try a few stitches!
