Book Talk – Outskirts of Ordinary: Stories of Survival from Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia

Come and hear Steve Skafte tell tales from his latest book, the harrowing and heartfelt Outskirts of Ordinary. It’s a collection of stories from locals who overcame the odds to become themselves, evenly mixed with memories from his childhood. Since 2007, he’s shared an uninterrupted daily journal on social media of his discoveries all over the province. He’s also been widely featured in national print media, and on TV and radio. He’ll be signing copies of all his currently available books after the talk.

Event will run from 2pm – 4pm on July 18th. Free admission, donations welcome!
